ORDERING TERMS
By ordering, you are agreeing to these terms:
SHIPPING
SafeBottles.com.au does not accept responsibility for the goods once they leave our warehouse. Insurance is available, recommended and the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items sent without insurance cannot be claimed if damaged or lost in transit - this includes claims via your credit card*. Insurance can be requested & purchased for any item.
All items will be left at your front door unless requested otherwise. If this can not be done, an additional charge will be incurred for card freight ($10) or re-delivery (normally around $20). By agreeing to these terms, you are stating that the parcel is safe to be left at your front door. No claim can be made for parcels that go missing after being left.
Some remote or rural addresses will attract an increased shipping cost. We will attempt to contact you via email before the order is sent should this be the case.
All Shipping Costs, Customs, Duties & Tax associated with the sale must be paid by the buyer.
RETURNS / WARRANTIES
SafeBottles.com.au will honour all manufacturers warranties for applicable items. Damage by mis-use is not covered. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of manufacturing faults.
If we decide to grant a refund for change of mind, it will be minus a 20% (minimum $10) restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
GENERAL
If we do not have the item you ordered, we will substitute a similar item or different colour unless the 'no substitutions' check box is checked.
SafeBottles.com.au accept no liability or responsibility for the use or misuse of information, products or other, under any condition.

Fraud attempts will be taken seriously.
We will work with law enforcement to have to pursue any attempts at fraud or theft. \

* a claim against your credit card for missing items is a claim directly against the seller (us). These claims cost the seller dearly. The bank takes the money and charges a fine, so they loose the item, the money and get a fine.
We fight these claims if you have taken responsibility for the item by refusing insurance. You are signing a waiver when you agree to the terms to purchase the item without insurance. Please purchase insurance or take responsibility for the risk.
